Another victory for Aaron Lennie
Sunday 24th of August, Château d'Augerville – Northern Ireland’s own Aaron Lennie has risen to the top once more, capturing the EUROPE LDET CUP in dominant fashion, held this past weekend near Paris (France).
In the quarterfinals, he swept aside French debutant Matteo Poujéol (2–0), before edging past Welshman Bry Roberts in a spectacular 2–1 semifinal battle.
In a thrilling final, Lennie overpowered Jenson Evans with a commanding 2–0 victory (362/345 vs 345/OB).
Fresh off his triumph in Austria just last month, Lennie proves unstoppable, securing back-to-back titles and cementing his status as the man to beat in Europe. Results

Florent Roekaerts (Belgium) wins the Amateur EUROPE LDET

Belgian Amateur Florent Roekaerts grabs his 4th win of the season after an epic final against Austrian Gerhard Frohlich!
He’s absolutely DOMINATING the European Amateur scene this year.
Nobody can stop him!!

Lennie: EUROPEAN PUTTING CHAMPION
In a thrilling final, he defeated French player Novak Bertrand to claim the title.
He showed incredible consistency from the qualifying rounds all the way to the grand final — simply the best.
Press release: The competition (25 players from around Europe) kicked off with a 4–hole qualifier, where only the best advanced to the TOP 8
Five players had to battle it out in a tense 1–hole playoff to move on to the next stage.
From there, the Top 4 made it to the semifinals, and Aaron Lennie together with Nowak Bernard claimed their spot in the grand final .
What a match! After 3 holes they were still tied, forcing a playoff hole. Aaron sealed the victory in 2 strokes while his rival needed 3.
