AIRPORTS: St Andrews is in the Kingdom of Fife on Scotland's east coast. There are three major international airports that guests may fly into, Edinburgh Airport (EDI), Glasgow Airport (GLA), Aberdeen Dyce Airport (ABZ), and one domestic airport, Dundee Airport (DND).
Edinburgh Airport
Edinburgh Airport is located approximately 84 km / 52 miles, or about a 60 minute drive from the resort. It is possible to take the scenic route from Edinburgh Airport to St Andrews, driving through picturesque and charming fishing villages, but this adds approximately 30 minutes to the journey.
Glasgow Airport: Located approximately 119 km / 74 miles or about a 2 hour drive from the resort.
Aberdeen Airport: Located approximately 135 km / 84 miles or about a 2.5 hour drive from the resort.
Dundee Airport: Located approximately 25 km / 15 miles or about a 25 minute drive from the resort.
TRAIN: St Andrews is not on the train line. The nearest station is Leuchars on main line from London, Edinburgh and Aberdeen (20-minutes away from Fairmont St. Andrews). St Andrews may be reached by car, taxi or by bus from Leuchars.
