The Championship
AUSTRIA will host for a second consecutive season a LDET championship. It will be at the Diamond Country Club next 23rd & 24th June at the golf course located near the town of Atzenbrugg: www.diamondcountryclub.com
The grid in Austria is one of the best in Europe and last year, Teemu Pitkanen hit the best shot in the LDET history: a bomb of 440 yards. Nowadays, the Finnish player still owns the “Longest Ball Record” of the tour.

· Categories: Pro, Senior, Amateurs, Ladies.
· Entry fee: Open 170€, Senior 120€, Amateurs & Ladies 50€.
· Format: Qualifying round, Top-16, Top-8 and Semifinal & Final Matchplay.
· Prize Money: PRO (based on minimum 16 players. Up to 24 Pro players the prize money will be increased):
1st 1.250€, 2nd 750€, 3rd 500€ and 4th 500€.
SENIORS (based on 8 minimum players): 1st 500€ & 2nd 300€.
· Other prizes: "Longest Ball of the Day Pro": Krank driver.
"Top3 LDET Players": A set of grips Star Grips
· "Amateur & Lady Champion": Free entry at the Hungary event + LDET products.
· Players welcome pack + music + energetic & proteins bars for all the competitors +.... and an excellent atmosphere.

NEW FORMAT
LDET adds another type of excitement and we will have a new format for the event:
- All players will hit 3 rounds of 6 balls and top 16 will qualify for next round
- Top 16: 2 rounds of 6 balls and best 8 players will qualify for next round.
- Top 8: 2 rounds of 6 balls and best 4 will qualify for the semi-finals.
- Semi-finals: Matchplay game: 1 vs 4 and 2 vs 3: the best of 3 sets.
- Final: Matchplay: the best of 3 sets.
